At the Ritz Carlton Kapalua, the award-winning Banyan Tree boasts the best décor reflecting the underwater treasures with the blown-glass fixtures stirred by the lively corals as well as the sea urchins. However, the food is best served at the Kai that features Japanese flavors such as sashimi, sushi, and appetizers amidst the sleek décor of Asia with the vistas of Pacific, Moloka’i, and the pool.
