  • 2 cups of chicken broth

  • 2 carrots as peeled or sliced around 1 cup 
  • 1/2 c. celery as chopped fine
  • 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter 1/2 stick
  • 1/4 cup of flour
  • 1/2 cup of milk 
  • 3/4 cup of frozen peas

Instructions

You have to; first of all, preheat your oven at a temperature of 375-degrees. Now heat 1 small tablespoon of oil in the skillet oven at a medium heating temperature. You have to add celery, salt, pepper, and onion ingredients in it now. Cover it entirely and start stirring it on an occasional basis. Stirring should not be more than 5 minutes.
