I am a full a CITC full member, and have studied and completed the following courses: Portugal Specialist, German Sales Specialist and Bavaria Sales Expert, Collete Vacations Expert, College of Disney Knowledge Graduate, Rail Europe Specialist, Sol Melia Spain Specialist, Sandals Certified, Princess Cruise Expert, Ireland Specialist, Scotland Scots Master and a Brit Agent Specialist and have completed Royal Caribbean's University of WOW.
