Discover the diverse tropical underwater marine life of Costa Rica. The Catalina Islands is a small cluster of rocks in front of the Guanacaste province coast with great visibility. Here, divers will find a large population of white tip reef sharks and a lot of mantas, too. If you are not certified yet, just do the Introductory Resort Course Dive or the "Full Open Water".

  • Leatherback sea turtles

Watch one of the oldest living reptiles on earth!
The Las Baulas National Park on the Pacific coast of Costa Rica is one of the world's few remaining sites of significant leatherback turtle nesting activity. For thousands of years leatherback sea turtles have hatched at Playa Grande and return every year to lay their eggs. This national park is very close to the hotel and you can see nature’s amazing miracle from October to February.
