Corbett National park

Corbett National Park is an oldest national park of India, situated in a beautiful town Ramnagar, district Nainital, state Uttrakhand. It’s a major tourist attraction of Uttrakhand. It opt its name from famous tiger –hunter turned conservationist colonel Jim Corbett. Prior it known as Hailey national park. It swathe 512.8 km of hilly, marshy and riverine area. It’s illustrious for tiger reserve apart from that you can observe Asian elephant and five kind of deer and many amazing species in park .The park is shelter of 448 plants, 50 mammals, 25 reptiles, 585 bird species.

There are many attractions for adventure seeking people; you can enjoy Corbett’s world eminent safaris like elephant safari, canter safari and jeep safari along with it you can also enjoy fishing and angling in Corbett. Nearby places of Corbett also are very delightful like Garjia temple and Ranikhet. Park is paradise for nature lovers and adventure seekers, wild life photographers and researchers.
