Recommendations for travel insurance
Adios Adventure Travel is organizing a tour to Machu Picchu for American clients whose trip will originate/end from their summer home in Colombia, NOT the US.
They are looking for travel insurance that will cover trips that don't start in the US and for ages 67 & 68.
Got any suggestions? Please advise,

Our Customer Care center thinks they may have a policy that will offer coverage to your clients. We do have some options that will allow them to begin their trip outside of the US as long as they have a valid US residence. I recommend you get in touch with us to discuss the details and find the right fit -- it's 800-487-4722.

I gave the clients the website info and asked them to check it out. Yes, their main residence is US.
