EcoTraining was voted by a international panel as one of ten finalists in the international work style awards (It’s a award originating from Switzerland )- Effectively we were voted as one of the ten best work style companies worldwide . A jury (International panel) selected 10 companies from across the world. After receiving numerous nominations the panel evaluated 230 companies internationally and decided on 10 finalists. EcoTraining is the first South African or African company for that matter to make the finals. The final will be held in September in Istanbul (Gala dinner and work Style conference)
The work style award is a initiative that puts to the foreground the conception of excellence based on five carefully balanced criteria: Identity, emotion, architecture, environment and organisation.
The slogan for the dinner is “I need a workplace where my identity inside is no different from my identity outside”
