There is so much to see and do in Hawaii that you'll soon forget any other place exists. Try making a visit to Waimea Canyon nicknamed as the "Grand Canyon of the Pacific", but you'll find in some ways this beautiful canyon outdoes any canyon you have seen before or will ever see again. To view the canyon at it's best, you have to work around the weather. Make sure it is a clear day before you start your trip. Of course, there is another way you can see this beautiful work of nature and that is to take a helicopter tour from one of the many chartered flights you'll find in the city. This ride will show you a whole new perspective on this spectacular canyon and will not only leave you will pictures but also with memories of it's beauty that will last you a life time.
Another thing to do, besides the multitudes of things to do you'll have to choose from, is visit Kauai and travel to its North Shore. Here you are standing on the most northerly point of the islands. The lighthouse itself is worth seeing, but it has much more to offer. If you're a wildlife lover, then this will be your paradise. You can spend hours here just watching the birds that inhabit the island.
This is just a fraction of what you can do in Hawaii. There is so much to do you won't be able to cover even all of one island in one trip. Unless you hate sunshine every day, palm trees that shade you, soft breezes from the ocean and fun like you've never had before, If that is the case, then maybe Hawaii is not for you. For the rest of us, it is a paradise that only some of us will be lucky enough to see in reality and some of us only in pictures.
