GUWAHATI : A massive operation was launched in Kaziranga National Park in search of poachers. The operation was launched on last Friday (23rd of September 2011). On Friday, in encounter two poachers were died on spot and one dead body was found four hour later.

On Saturday at several zones of Kaziranga National Park the poachers search was continued under Atiqur Rahman, the officer of Kohra forest range, was carried out with help of 20 armed forces and 5 elephants.

As according to source Rahman and his team members had five hour long clash with poachers. Kaziranga Park officials are accepting that the poachers sneaked into the park to kill the rhino.

Its not nearly a news but also the social message to us all that we should care about the environment. Kaziranga is world famous wildlife destination for their verity of wildlife and mind-blowing beauty. The national park is home of rhinos, leopards, monkeys, monitor lizards, snakes and more.
