Al Mamzar Park

It is not merely a park but a staypark where you can rent a chalet. This is the best park to arrange a picnic at the shaded picnic areas with barbecue stations. Other highlights of the 1,060,000-square-meter park are mini amusement rides, half-pipe skate ramp, bicycle rentals, kiosks, restaurants and arcade games with pool tables.

Media City Park

If you are looking to spend an hour or two amidst refreshing well-trimmed grass, visit Media City Park located in the center of Dubai media-land. The lake in the park discerns it from other parks in the city. While sitting in the park, you would come across people in formal attire relaxing around the lake while admiring the beauty consists of palm trees and ducks. During weekends, the park remains quiet as the media-land is all about business and corporate offices. Besides ducks, lakes and palms, Media City Park is also known for the sculptures created on the occasion of the Dubai Shopping Festival in 2002.

Al Barsha Pond Park

The park covers an area of 52,500 square meters, making it one of the largest parks in the city. Families booking flights to Dubai can visit the pond park as it features variety of chill out options for kids. Besides the pond, you can enjoy a game of volleyball, basketball and tennis. 1.4 km long jogging track is lined with palm trees.
