The sad fact is that despite the passage of time since Hurricane Maria ripped across Puerto Rico, the healthcare infrastructure on the island is still many years away from recovery. The limited Federal response has left hospitals in desperate need of repair and support in order to resume pre-hurricane function.
Together the Carlos Beltran Foundation and Operation International intend to work with struggling hospitals in the hardest hit areas to provide support where it is needed the most. It is a long-term project and your support will help the people of Puerto Rico who are now feeling forgotten.
