What Are the Best Local Hotspots in Curacao?

Curaçao is full of things to see and do. You wouldn't believe how many visitors returning to the island repeat our private tours to ensure they experience a different side of it each time. The truth is that although this is a small island, you cannot see everything in one day or even a week. There is something for everyone! For beach lovers and families, I recommend visiting Playa Kenepa Grandi, Cas Abou or Mambo Beach and the Seaquarium.

For those who like adventure and want to be active, I recommend visiting the Christoffel Park, you can read more about it on my Travel blog. You can climb the Christoffel mountain, but you can also take a walk at the foot of the mountain. This is great to make beautiful pictures for you social media or you photobook. The snorkeling and diving enthusiasts should not miss Tug Boat and Playa Kalki.

I would also recommend a visit to our famous Curaçao liqueur distillery for novice travelers to Curaçao, to enjoy the taste of our liqueur. Other important places to visit, I could call it Shete Boka National Park, where most visitors love Boka tabla and Boka Pistol, and of course Supladó (the natural Jacuzzi as they call it). Some of these places can only be reached with special cars, so a guided tour is normally the best and most enjoyable way to do this.

What you should not miss when you stay on Curaçao. I think it is an absolute must to visit the Shete Boka National Park and the beaches on the west side of the island. The power of nature you see in the park is so impressive! As the most beautiful beach I personally recommend Playa Kenepa Grandi (aka Grote Knip) because of the breathtaking view and because I like to snorkel there. On my travel blog about Travelling to Curacao I try to explore and share this information, so visit my blog: www.MiCuraVida.com
