  • Timber Cove Inn, the iconic and historic Sonoma Coast hotel is seeking out media visiting Sonoma, California on assignment and interested in a breathtaking Northern California . Located two hours, north of San Francisco, along the scenic stretch of Highway One, Timber Cove Inn has a fascinating artistic history with famed nature photographer, Ansel Adams, sculptor Benny Bufano and architect/ environmentalist, Richard Clements who built the property in 1963. It's also located in the newly designated Fort Ross - Seaview AVA (February 2012), home to such world class wineries such as Flowers, Hirsch, Wild Hogg, Fort Ross and Annapolis. Celebrating its 50th year, the hotel has new stories with a new chef and a newly designated AVA that has really been slightly reported on by wine journalists. I invite travel writers to seek out the fishing village of San Juan del Sur on the Pacific Ocean in southern Nicaragua. Visit our two different resorts to see two sides of luxury in the beach town of San Juan del Sur just a few miles north of Costa Rica. The chic Palermo Hotel and Resort is a destination wedding dream and boasts two clubhouses, restaurants and bars. The eco-resort of Balcones at Majagual is nestled in tropical jungle where monkeys watch guests eat breakfast.

Our location definately qualifies as off-the-beaten-path - and is an adverture most every day. I would like your advice about how best to introduce our properties to the community of travel writers. I am happy to invite travel writers to stay with us to experience San Juan del Sur and our hotels. I'll offer you 2 nights at Palermo Hotel & Resort, 2 nights at Balcones at Majagual Eco-Resort, breakfast for 2 each morning and transportation around town.

Please let me know how to entice you to add San Juan del Sur to your next destination wedding article or adventure tour promotion.
