We have been using Ayurvedic modalities, including urine therapy with excellent results for some time. Our prostate program has been extremely successful.

The body has so many healing mechanisms that are not widely understood.

I have yet to travel to India, but here in Toronto there is actually quite a vibrant Ayurveda community, centred at Renaissance Yoga and Ayurveda in Cabbagetown. Matthew Remski is the expert; he studied under David Frawley and is an author and yogi and co-creator of the Yoga 2.0 project. He sells Ayurvedic texts, homemade ghees, herbal mixes and tinctures and other organic ingredients.

Massage is a powerful antidote to stress and has many physiological and psychological benefits. It reduces blood pressure, strengthens the immune system, improoves circulation of blood and movement of
liph fluid, among many others..Similar to meditation it anchors us and enhaces
calm thinking and clarity. Looking For Service please visit our website or mail me

I am interested in going to India for Panchkarma. Anyone have a recommendation for an excellent residential clinic/hospital?
