Miami's "Food Truck Fridays"
Food trucks are taking over the streets of Miami! Here's a 360° view of the eclectic line-up at the most recent "Food Truck Fridays" extravaganza in front of the ultra-mod Adrienne Arsht Center (1300 Biscayne Boulevard, Miami, FL. 11:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m., third Friday of every month). The lines were outrageous, so they must be doing something right.

Just got word that the next Miami food truck gathering is taking place this Sunday, March 27 11am-3pm out at Flipper's Truck Stop on the Rickenbacker Causeway next to the Miami Seaquarium (which BTW is offering the one-day chance to buy 2 seaquarium passes for the price of one).
And yes, "The Fish Box" will be there, even if Red Koi sushi is taking a pass on this one.
