How to Stop E-mails from (or Leave) a Group
To stop receiving e-mails from a group you belong to, or to leave
the group altogether:
1. Find and click on your group in the list of groups in the left column of the MAIN page.
2. Once you're on the group's page, to stop receiving e-mails, click on "Stop Following" on the right (see illustration below for location); or
3. To quit the group entirely, click on "Leave Group" on the right (again, see the illustration below for the location).
