The Silas Griffith Inn is proud to announce its New Summer mid-week specials - all King/Queen/Twin rooms just $99/night and still includes breakfast!  Enjoy hikes, shopping, museums, theater and more without the weekend crowds.  Or just sit and relax in this quiet Historic Inn/B&B in the quaint little village of Danby, Vermont.

Giza Pyramids and Sphinx Half Day Tour
Your first stop is a visit to the Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren and Mykerinus. Then, you will see the Great Sphinx, the head of a pharaoh with a lion's body, which dates back to the time of Chephren. You will also tour the Valley Temple, which belongs to the Pyramid of Chephren. This temple served definitely two functions, namely for the preparative purification of the king's body before its burial as well as the actual mummification process.travel to Egypt

Greetings from The Silas Griffith Inn, a small family owned and operated Inn located in Danby, Vermont.  We are friendly to all, and, being in Vermont, able to host weddings for everyone!  Small, intimate weddings, that is.  We only have 10 rooms.  We also host reunions, birthday parties, anniversaries, and commitment ceremonies.  Plus, we're close to hiking, swimming, boating, fishing, shopping, great restaurants, museums, artist studios and horseback riding.

We regularly run specials, and this Spring we have 2 great ones!

Hope to see you soon in Vermont! - Cathy
