Happy Spring!  We're offering 2 wonderful packages with half-price rooms this spring.  We've had reports that the local hiking to Little Rock Pond is amazing, but a little muddy.  And Lye Brooks Falls is just fine.  The weather is beautiful, and it promises to be a wonderful Spring and Summer.

 Spring is coming, and even after such a lack of snow, there is still a lot to do to get ready for Summer including preparing the gardens, and repairing the ravages of Winter.  In exchange for your help with the clean-up, we’re offering all our rooms at Half-Price from April 1st, 2012 through April 30^th, 2012.  To get your discount all you have to do is promise to help with the clean up during your stay.  And it doesn't have to be hours of hard labor - we'd be happy with anything you want to help with, from simple yard work, to thinning the hostas (again....) to helping clean up branches, and even learning about our organic gardens.  There's even painting to be done, even after such a mild winter there's always spring painting!  And yes, your stay includes a full breakfast.

Its hard to believe, but here in Vermont the valleys are in the high 40's and there is excellent skiing on the mountains.  Killington has 26 trails open for great early season skiing.  Here at The Silas Griffith Inn we're offering discounts on multi-night stays, including the Christmas and New Year's weekends.
